The SVM-1000 mixer was designed to easily integrate into a club environment’s DJ booth due to its physical traits. The face of the mixer incorporates a channel symmetric layout featuring an 11-inch LCD touch panel in the center of the mixer. With a quick touch of the screen, video manipulation follows the audio with fluid transition.
Even audio-only DJs can easily add visuals synced to the music from the SVM-1000's built-in visualiser capability. Complete with LCD touch panel, an impressive range of effects and 96 kHz/ 24-bit studio sound quality, the MIDI assignable SVM-1000 functions in a similar fashion to our acclaimed DJM series; which for DJs mean that the doors to full-on AV freedom are now fully open!

I am a club DJ\VJ. Been running vids on a plasma tv, but need some advice on projectors, as the TV is gone now. The club has a motorized screen already. I know that the higher the lumens and aspect ratio, the better. What is a great projector in the $1,200-$1,500 range (or less) and how can I minimize dancefloor lighting from washing out music videos onscreen? I have the Pioneer SVM-1000 and also run from computer via DVI-I. Need a unit with Component, DVI, and hopefully HDMI inputs. Run Mpeg2's from DVD. A projector you should definitely look at is the Infocus LP240 Svga Multimedia Projector. I can
definitely get this to you in that price range. I would also suggest looking on youtube for projecting
