I am a mobile DJ that has not gone digital. I carry about 2500 CDs so these are ideal to reduce weight and space. Essentially three fit in the space of one jewel case and one is much lighter than one jewel case. I am DISSAPOINTED in my recent purchase. Univenture, who manufactures these sleeves used to make a better see through sleeve and the protective material on the inside was higher quality. Since they do not manufacture those any more, these are the only ones available. You can see through these to the inserts you put into them but not even close to as easily as before. Why did they do that? My opinion is that the newer ones are cheaper to manufacture. Recommended only because there isn't an alternative.

This product is great for storing a large amount of cds and for transporting as well as the use during parties. Protects the cd in the case and any casual dropping or liquid spills, etc.

Are these sleeves soft? I have bought a cabinet with drawers to store all my cds and dvds in. Someone told me to get these sleeves for the media and I want to be sure they will fit in the cabinet allright. I was told using these sleeves will cut down on the space needed tremendously.
