The PLX3102 is a premium quality, high-powered amplifier designed for the most demanding live performance uses. Built on the third generation of QSC PowerLight? technology, the PLX3102 combines light weight, superlative audio quality and proven QSC reliability. With strong power ratings, it is capable of providing plenty of clean, undistorted output to the most power hungry speaker systems.
The PLX3102 is the right choice for users who need to drive up to four loudspeakers from each amplifier channel (2 ohm loading), or when extremely high power bridge mono operation is required. It features built-in subwoofer processing, filter switches, and front panel indications of bridge mono status.

- Cooling design exhausts hot air out the front, keeping the rack cool and flow-through heat sinks require no filters that could become clogged
- Front panel LED power, clip, -10 dB, and signal present indicators for system monitoring and troubleshooting and also features bridge and parallel mode LED indicators
- Speakon? NL-4 output connectors provide a positive-locking speaker connection, Ch 1 output uses all 4 wires for single-cable connection to bi-amplified speakers
- Balanced XLR inputs with parallel TRS connectors accommodate all common input connectors and support loop-through operation

- 21-position front-panel gain controls for precise, repeatable amplifier adjustment
- Patented PowerLight power supply technology
- 100 Hz high pass and low pass filters for bi-amping subwoofer and satellite systems without the need for an external crossover

My second go around with this amp! The first was stolen. Absolutely love the sound quality and how light the unit weighs. Doesnt put off much heat and keeps my bass dump booming!

I bought and used this amp to power (2) B-52 18" folded bass bins and literally knocked off the wall a framed collector picture(50'away) at a local bar due to the tremendous bass the combination was x-overed at with my dbx x-over and this one amp!I am very impressed especially because I only paid a clearance price of only[$]@Guitar Center here in West Phoenix,Az.

THIS AMP IS AWESOME PURE POWER IT WILL POWER 2 MID HI AND 2 BASS BINS NO PROBLEM AT ALL AND PUT 1000 WATTS CONTINOUS TO EACH CHANNEL @ 4 OHMS THAT A LOT OF POWER TO ALL WHO DON'T KNOW THE HIGHER THE CONTINOUS OR RMS POWER THE BETTER IT SOUNDS 1000 WATTS WILL DO ANY SIZE EVENT BUY IT U WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED UNLESS YOUR USING A TOURING SERIES CROWN PS-A2 BUT THEY ARE HEAVY BUT IT STILL GOOD

The QSC-PLX Family is a must have for those passionate about how your sound system sounds! QSC brings out the best on your speakers!!! Never had any problems with QSC. I personally own a PLX-3402 to power my Cerwin-Vegas SL-36 Subs! Has never clipped!!! Having this will compliment any system out there whether you're using JBL, Cerwin Vega, Mackie or EV...etc!

This amp is plenty powerful for any Mobile DJ setup. It is crazy light, an especially good bonus. It is very versatile with all the options for inputs and outputs, which are very easy to understand and change for each event. A bit more expensive than other amps with the same power ratings, but definitely worth it.
