Your amp being to weak is not something that would affect your mids or highs being too bright. A crossover would not fix that either. A crossover is only going to seperate certain frequencies to go to certain speakers. For example, if you had a subwoofer, you would use a crossover to send the lowend frequencies to that subwoofer. Does your amp have an equalizer? If not, then I suggest getting one, that way you have more control of how bright your mids and highs get.Answered on 1/6/2011 by Anonymous
