I use this product for DJ work and as a studio monitor. The headphones are really good sounding. Your music will sound exactly as it was made. I own a few other sets of headphones, that make music sound mid-bass heavy and they cost more, which is a problem for studio monitoring use. The only problem I have with is that it interferes with my glasses sometimes. Also, it's kinda hard to wear around the neck. The "Pros"outweigh the "Cons" by a factor of ten (10) in my opinion. They are a great value, you aren't going to get much better in this price range. It doesn't come with a pouch though, but who doesn't enjoy good German products.
Bottom line, you will not regret buying these as a "budget" alternative, they are well made and have withstood my abuses.
