Comments about Shure PG58QTR Cardiod Microphone With 15-Ft Cable:
This mic is very inexpensive but it is also cheap. It has a heavy build, and although small it seems it would be durable.
This microphone does not have a very high gain and "can take high levels of power" because it doesn't put out that much. Since I always have to turn the gain up all the way on my mixer to use this I don't like it. Of course that seems to be the only way of hearing your hence-created, poor-sounding voice over the soundsystem with this mic.
