Stanton knows that DJs are picky about tone arms. That's why the ST-150 features Stanton's highly-acclaimed S-Curve tone arm design. It also offers three speeds (33, 45 and 78 RPM) for compatibility with all types of vinyl, plus quartz locking for minimal speed variance. The pitch control is also very flexible, with choices of up to ±8%, ±25% and ±50% for more precise mixing. The key adjust function maintains pitch at various tempos and the reverse function creates wild effects. The S/PDIF digital output providesfor easy integration with digital mixers and recorders--great forsampling vinyl--while the analog output is selectable for phono or line.Other noteworthy features include a Motor Off function, removable targetlight and adjustable feet to accommodate virtually any DJ booth. All the necessary accessories are included, like a removable headshell, slipmat, cables and a Stanton 680HP cartridge.

I had the pleasure of playing on these at a club,for a whole weekend,and it was love at first sight.these things are so gorgeous,i was afraid of smudging them..these things should be the standard,and i own a set of 1200's.My honest opinion, I want these and i want em bad..top of the line turntable,wouldn't change a thing on them,and they're built as tough or tougher than the competition..good going stanton...

Wow when the package came i was surpized at the wieght of this thing, and due to that its practically unshakable. Its a wonder that Tech's are still the standard with decks like this around. The St-150 does every thing that the M5G does with more features such as: it has 10 pounds on the tech and has a pitch range of 8 25 or 50 percent, it can run a 78 rpm and in reverse. All this plus it is less expensive, dont let the price when compaired to the compition fool you, and comes with a cartrige and headshell. Stanton has out done themselves with this solid deck.
