Uberstand's slim design allows you to place a stand in some very tight spaces. The flat legs allow you to slide it under a turntable or cd player inside a coffin or case or standalone. It comes with an accessory tray so you don't have to spend extra money.
It is not height adjustable, but it is a perfect height for me, so that is not a real issue.

The shelf may fall off while adjusting your Serato box. There are some sharp edges that may do damage to things in your DJ bag/backpack. The zip-tie broke (after knocking the stand off a table) Zip tie is inconvenient (as well as easily broken).
But Stanton has made up for some of these. The stand comes with a back to keep it from scratching things. You may be able to velcro the shelf (with supplied velcro). The zip tie can be easily replaced with industrial velcro straps (which I prefer over the zip tie)

I've been looking for this product for awhile - PSSL had the best price on it, so I went ahead and bought it. Not only have I NOT looked back, but it's been EVERYTHING I wanted and needed. I do a lot of traveling and this stand is perfect. It's quick to assemble, and packed flat when you take it apart and pack it in the bag it comes with. I also have an Odyssey stand which works well when assembled, but the set-up and breakdown takes some time, and it doesn't pack flat. I'll be leaving the Odyssey stand stationary at home while the Uberstand will be my new travel stand. If you're a DJ and you travel and need a laptop stand, GET THE UBERSTAND - case closed!

OK, but would be better with a butterfly nut that can be tensioned instead of the zip tie they give you to stabilize it. I recommend keeping some extra zip ties and/or velcro cable straps just in case.

The stand certainly looks sturdy, but I cannot believe that a tie wrap is used to keep it upright. With the laptop and the Serato interface in place, the stand is unstable and can obviously be tipped over easily. This stand is not stable enough for peace of mind while concentrating on performance during an event.

Thought I was buying a top of the line Laptop stand. Lacks the ability for you to angle your Laptop, so if you want to see what buttons you are pressing, good luck. Has a little shelf which is good for serato, or an external hard drive, but not enough to make up for its one setting . . . everything. I feel I have to weigh the stand down. I am afraid with my 20 inch screen Laptop that it will fall over. Overall not a smart buy unless for home use. Even then I would think first.
