Spectrum Editor
Version 6 provides an all new Spectrum Editor with sonogram view to remove disturbances and unwanted noise in the frequency domain. The extremely versatile editor offers high quality linear-phase filters and flexible replacement options. Its surgical mode is dedicated to audio correction and allows the user to Copy and Paste the selection or the ?ambience? of that selection to another place in the time/frequency domain, or applies some specific processes to the selection with full undo and redo functionality.
DIRAC Time Stretching and Pitch ShiftingDIRAC is one of the most advanced algorithm for the manipulation of audio material available on the market today. DIRAC Time Stretching and Pitch Shifting provide excellent quality, high performance and perfect fidelity.
Master SectionThe enhanced master section now features SmartBypass, a time-saving new facility for assessing how a plug-in alters sound textures by compensating for loudness changes induced by the plug-in. I have been a professional producer and large rave dj for 16 years.
Tryed all from cubase to cakewalk and all the others have some small glitch of sort and are unrealiable. Studio time is the one instant where you dont need downtime. Pro recording & studio time is expensive. Useing Steinburgs software I HAVE NEVER ONCE EVER experieced a crash or freeze. Over 10 years of use!!!
Has NEVER caused me any issues on ANY half decient machine. Read the sys. requirements, you can install it so easily on almost any computer and get tight results.
It is also EXTREMLY powerful, you will be busy for years learning it. Which isnt that hard after you become familer with the GUI.
Highly recomended for turntablists and the REAL djs who still play records. All the available audio tweaking and effects will have you going all night and morning once you get in the groove and start manipulating scratches, loops, samples, beatz, etc.
This program also uses DIRAC Time Stretching and Pitch Shifting.
This is the most advanced algorithm for the processing of audio material. All these time shifting and streching effects are amazing and completly unnoticable, no pitch change, no key change :) Works so good esp. doing pro albums where certain song keys clash and mixes need to be PERFECT.
If you are a pro producer serious about spending the time to get to know the program you will not be disapointed. Its power is unmatched by ANY similer programs and you will constantly be learning and teaching yourself new features for years to come.
