Comments about Ultimate Support Ultimate TSLSPL Professional Lighting Stand Pack:
This stand is worth the money without the travel bag. Setup is simple and the construction is without a doubt the best I have ever seen. I have been Deejaying Over 30 Years. I still have some old Metal Lights with barrel mirrors that only a truss would support safely but this stand will hold two of these lights and a fog machine not to mention my lasers and other newer lights. If I had to find something negative about the stand it would probably be metal collar on the T crossbar. I was rushing trying to put it on the 24" extention and it slipped passed the extention and cut my finger pretty bad, but that was my fault. I tried to find fault in this stand and I could not. I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone that wants a top of the line stand. You get what you pay for.

i bought this, and was totally blown away with it! i bought one first just to see if i would like it and bought the another one 10 mins after i set this one up. the only reason i waited so long is because i couldn't stop admiring this unit.
it looks so professional and feel like it as well. the bag comes with two compartments to not only keep you organized, but prevents scratching of this unit.
i can't wait to start using it! i just hope that one day i can put a truss between them. i haven't checked into all that yet.
If you are not sure about the price… get it! You won't be sorry!!!!!

Comments about Ultimate Support Ultimate TSLSPL Professional Lighting Stand Pack:
I use this stand for my light show and it is perfect. I don't even use the two additional side bars yet, but it will be nice to have that easy expandability. The stand is solidly built and easy to set up, raise, and lower. It is surprisingly light for such a durable item, and came with a fantastic zippered carry bag (that would only be better if it was wheeled on one end).

Comments about Ultimate Support Ultimate TSLSPL Professional Lighting Stand Pack:
You couldn't get much more for this package. The stand and T-bar alone are the price I would've expected. The fact you get the bag and two side arms along with mounting hardware and the extension makes this package ten times its worth!!!

This pole is great for lighting. I upgraded some old Knight stands that I had for years and were worn out. It has the telescopic locking mechanism which makes raising and lowering lights a snap. It can also be used for a speaker stand if you happen to forget them on a gig. The kit was a great deal because it came with all the accessories and the bag which it great for transport. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this to any mobile disc jockey for a quick light set up. Put a sand bag on the bottom for extra support if you are using any moving head lights.

Comments about Ultimate Support Ultimate TSLSPL Professional Lighting Stand Pack:
This stand is the best stand I've ever owned. It is so much easier then lugging and setting up my Box truss. This Stand is so much more durable then similar ADJ and Onstage stands I've owned. My only gripe and reason this stand didn't get 5 stars is the 24" inch Extension Bar. The collar on this bar is too weak to support the 60 lbs of lights I use without leaning. I just don't use the 24" extension and it works fine. Even without the extension the stand reaches 9 feet which is plenty high.
Here is an idea. After purchasing this stand package from PSSL I tried using the T bar and the 2 I bars on my Ultimate air lift speaker stand (TS-100B). It worked great and made it a cinch to lift with all my lights loaded but was a little too short. I plan on Buying a TS-110B which is a 9 footer version of the TS-100B (not sure if PSSL sells it yet). Don't know why someone didn't thing of putting this stand in the package to begin with. With the TS110B this Package will be Amazing!

Q:
HOW MUCH DOES IT WEIGH?1 answer
A:
it weighs approximately 17.5 pounds.Q:
I was told that the cross bar would hold a 50 pound mac-250, but my question is: will the side extentions each hold one? Just double checking. Thanks PSSL!2 answers

A:
Yes this will hold you Mac250. Suggested use; Multi clamp the unit, the closer to the main shaft the safer your unit will be!VERIFIED BUYER
A:
It should not be a problem as long as you balance the stand on the other side with a light of equal weight. You definitely need to use sand bags if you are using a moving head light.Q:
Can these side bars hold a 50 pound Mac 250?2 answers

I would not recommend more than 50 pounds for this Ultimate TSLSPL Professional light stand.A:
I have had 100 lbs of lights on mine(60 lbs on the T bar and 20lbs on each I bar). Just dont use the 24" extention. It will lean bad! I tried it with the extension and almost lost everything.
