I did start out DJing with this unit, when I started to build my primary unit, I phased it out to my secondary unit. It is the unit I will use for when I am doing a wedding ceremony and/or an event which using my primary unit would be overkill. The amp did go out on me and I had to take it to get repaired, it was a month before I got it back due to the parts needed. But overall, it has worked very well for me and I would recommend getting this as a second unit.

I have had this product for about a year now, and over all i am completely satisfied, I wish that customer service would be better i still have not resolved my problem. It seems that there has developed a short in the circuitry of the Amp thus causing it to be loud, the fans seem to be working to hard. Also over time if you push the system just a little to hard, the channels start to blow distort or malfunction. the clipping system in the amp doesn't work. If you are trying to use this for a small group you will be fine.
