I own a Chauvet Colorstrip Mini FX that came with an IR remote to control it. I have since lost that remote and am wondering if i can replace it by just buying one of these guys? Does anyone know if there will be compatibility issues with this?

BEST ANSWER: Correct the IRC-6 controller (ITEM#88434) will work for the Chauvet COLORstrip mini (ITEM#73727) according to the manufacture website.

if i have two separate irc fixtures can i program two remotes to each separate fixture?

IRC 6 remote
Works well with decent range. I wish all the functions worked for all the ir series chauvet lights, for example, my mini kinta ir only uses about half of the buttons and not all functions can be controlled from the remote. Not bad though and does what it is designed to do. Does not need to be pointed directly at the light to work either.
