The first noticeable thing about the fixture is its size, but while the moving head is compact and lightweight, it still holds enough power to produce bright beams and incredibly vivid color. Due to its light weight and tiny size, the Pocket Spot is quick and easy to setup, takedown and transport, while the included omega bracket means it's simple to add the fixture to the top of a tripod stand for a problem-busting setup solution. Sound Active mode demonstrates perfectly how this combination of low-weight and high-density allows the fixture to move smoothly and utilize sharp reactions to both sound and rhythm.
One of the things that make the Inno Pocket Spot so adaptable is the flexibility of its movement; with 530-degree pan and 230-degree tilt, the moving head can throw its effects around a room in every direction. Impressively, the compact fixture also includes a pan/tilt inversion mode for when multiple moving heads are used together in master/slave mode. This useful feature inverts the movement and effects of selected fixtures to easily create a symmetrical, synchronized and professional-looking lightshow. Stunning vibrant effects are achieved using the separate color and GOBO wheels, which make for endless color and pattern combinations with which to wow an audience - perfect for enhancing the atmosphere at rollers rinks or bowling alleys, as well as in small bars or clubs.
Also ideal for mobile DJs and other entertainers, the Inno Pocket Spot features a mode which limits the scope of the moving head to the 180-degree space in front of it; which is perfect if you're a DJ who is setting up in a corner or against a wall. In this mode the Inno Pocket Spot will only light the area ahead of it, ensuring its awesome lighting effects hit the dance-floor… rather than the back wall!
The Inno Pocket Spot offers three operational modes: Sound Active, DMX, and Internal Show. Using Internal Show mode gives a choice between four built in lighting shows, so that mesmerizing results can be achieved without the hassle of DMX-programming. For easy control over the unit's features, a highly-convenient IR wireless remote is also available as an optional extra. This offers control over strobing, color change and dimming (0-100%) as well as access to the Internal Shows and Sound Active mode.
The fixture is also easily DMX linkable as part of a bigger lightshow, via 3-pin XLR cable, with a choice of 9 and 11 channel modes. The 11 channel mode adds precision 16-bit control over pan and tilt movement to allow exact control of beam positioning. The Inno Pocket Spot also features manual focus, a 13-degree beam angle, GOBO scroll and shake, as well as pulse strobe effects.
So, if it's a simple to setup, moving head lighting solution you need, look no further than the Inno Pocket Spot. While the fixture is both affordable and compact, these facts don't mean that a sacrifice has been made to the brightness, adaptability or range of effects that it offers.
