Dear PSSL Clients, Suppliers and Friends – 

Its with a heavy heart that I report to you that after 45-years PSSL is closing its doors. The impact of Covid to the live event and hospitality industries have hurt you (our clients) and as a result dramatically reduced the need for the equipment we sell. We believe this is a temporary situation and live events will come back. We had hoped that our government would recognize the impact to not only our type of business but also individuals who have been left out of work by no fault of their own. I am personally disappointed that our Executive and Legislative branches of government could not act sooner to help people in need. Perhaps if a deal for a new stimulus is reached we will find ourselves back here to support you. 

This company has been a big part of my life for the last 36 years (as a customer, a sales rep, a manager, and a CEO). We will continue to try and work through this difficult situation and tie-off lose ends the best we can. I am so very thankful for our customers and suppliers who have supported us through the years. I am thankful for the 1000’s of PSSL teammates we have employed over the years. PSSL has a rich history and has been a true success story that has positively impacted the lives of so many wonderful people. We know Covid has affected so many people in the word, perhaps it has impacted your life too. We hope that you can provide us grace as we struggle through this difficult process.
