Your products are guaranteed to be free from defects and carry a full warranty as described by the manufacturer. In the event of receiving defective or damaged products you should contact the manufacturer to coordinate a repair or replacement. All Sales are final. In the event that a product needs to returned to PSSL, you must contact us in advance for a Return Authorization number at 800-268-5520 or help@pssl.com. Products received without a Return Authorization number will be refused.

All approved returns must be in new condition with all original boxes, accessories and packaging, or they will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Any returns unclaimed for over 30 days will be discarded.
