All Sales are final. In the event that a product needs to returned to PSSL, you must contact us in advance for a Return Authorization number at 800-268-5520 or help@pssl.com. Products received without a Return Authorization number will be refused.

They may be exchanged for same or greater value of the same type of item. THERE IS NO CREDIT FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES. All approved returns must be in new condition with all original boxes, accessories and packaging, or they will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
