All Sales are final. In the event that a product needs to returned to PSSL, you must contact us in advance for a Return Authorization number at 800-268-5520 or help@pssl.com. Products received without a Return Authorization number will be refused.

*Return And Exchange Exceptions: No returns or exchanges on computers, Apple products, CD or DVD duplicators, clothing, lamps, bulbs, opened effects juice, gels, videos, cartridges, styluses, carpet, LPs, CDs, bulk-cable, blank cassettes and CDs, slipmats, software, microphones, headphones, mouth pieces or any other expendable supplies. No refunds: On bubble, haze or fog machines or lighting equipment.
