Good for protecting you gear without breaking the bank. A little more padding might be nice, but is easy enough to add yourself. It may be designed for a specific light, but is great for what ever you like if the size is what you are looking for.
The only thing I would improve is the stitching on the velcro. I have several of these bags and have a couple where the stitching has come out on the velcro on the carring handle. Not a deal breaker, just a little gripe.

The original box for MOST products works well for transporting, at least for a while. (that's how it ships UPS and you know how nice they are to your stuff) However the ADJ 1200HD fogger box is way too flimsy and didn't last a month. This bag fits well and the pocket is perfect for the remote and owners manual. Would like to see more padding in the Arriba line, but this will do much better than the old box!
