If you want to add amazing low-end punch to your sound, than look no further: with raw 1,600 Watts of bottom-end grunt, there is no better way to spice up your house, hip hop or rap mix than adding this subwoofer with an amazing price-to-performance ratio. The B1800X PRO's long-excursion 18" bass driver produces extremely high sound pressure levels (100 dB half space 1 W @ 1 m) in the frequency range of 40 ? 300 Hz. This allows the B1800X PRO to achieve a tight and accurate bass response at even the highest output playing. A built-in switchable crossover allows for optional passive or bi-amping operation. This rugged subwoofer is designed to keep up with you no matter how demanding the gigs you play are.

Comments about Behringer B-1800X-Pro 18 Pro Subwoofer 1600 Watt *:
They are small, solid tight little Cabinets. It'll give You the Punch needed for Room Shaking Bass. However, I will tell You The Proper Wattage for this Speaker. 1600 Peak to Peak, 800 Peak and 400 Program. So Don't Feed them To Much over that amount. I have had to replace one with a Widow...But Still It does a great Job.

Comments about Behringer B-1800X-Pro 18 Pro Subwoofer 1600 Watt *:
I have owned four of the Behringer B1800X Pro Subwoofers for about 1 1/2 years. I run each cabinet has its own Behringer EP2500 amplifier. They really sound great! They replaced some old Peavey 18" subs.
I have heard that many people have problems with Behringer equipment holding up; but that has not been the case with me. I swear by Behringer!
The cabinets are reasonably solid. they are made of a tight press board on the sides and back with a vinyl(?) covering. the tops and bottoms are made of a very sturdy injection molded plastic.
I use them every week and they perform beautifully without fail. I would definately recomend them to anyone who needs some tight bass on a tight budget!

These subs soak up the power I have a pair bridge on my crown XS-700 and they pound. Occasionally they will rattle the screws on the crossovers loose which is audibly noticeable but a little loctite solves the problem.
