Using as a controller for VSTi's. While I use many VSTi's in my array, Hammond Organs are my passion.
This controller works VERY well w/ Native Instrument's B4-II.
Sliders can be assigned as drawbars, which is why I bought it in the 1st place. Plus having buttons and rotary knobs for assignments, I rarely have to touch a mouse during a Live performance.
Now I want the Oxygen-88 to replace my older
M-Audio es-88 and my rig will be a monster.

i use logic,all the control assignments were automatic.plug in,set the prog. number at 10 and thats it.

You would need an audio interface in order to connect a midi

You can, but you'll experience some latency.
ASIO4ALL is the most commonly recommended ASIO Layer gateway.
I HIGHLY recommend a D/A interface. USB works fine...no need to get an expensive one until you've developed the need for it. Tascam IU2 (just as a reference) is decent and affordable.
You'll also need some software.
