We use our machine more than most. In the fire service we use these machines to simulate smoke. This machine has a long run time and very quick recovery time. We run them so much that you can't see your hand 6" in front of your face in a movie theater. We finally had one of the pumps that burnt out after ten years of abuse like this. So nothing but thumbs up from me

This machine has worked pretty well for me. It produces a lot of output at full blast, and can totally engulf a room in smoke (I've used it in the fire department for smoke simulation). However, I was a little disappointed that the continuous output, as promised, is really only available if the unit is running at 25-35% output, otherwise the heating element gets too cold, and the unit does not run continuously.
