The new MAC 250 Krypton features a number of significant changes that make this moving head suited to an even wider variety of markets - the club and discotheque scene, retail and leisure applications, special events and more. A newly designed rotating and indexing gobo wheel offers a new selection of replaceable metal and dichroic gobos giving the MAC 250 Krypton an original and fresh look. The 16-bit precision gobo wheel houses 7 slots plus open, and the new design makes gobo changes fast and easy. The Krypton also includes a new light sensitive yellow display, as well as 3 and 5 pin XLR connectors for data, and a convenient, easily switchable power supply covering worldwide voltages and frequencies.

Hands down the Martin Moving Head Yokes are the best quality lights for your money. The images are sharp, bright is not the word. Great for indoor or outdoor use. People are just floored by our light show, as well as DJs in neighboring parties. Alot more expensive than other intelligent lights, but hey, you get what you pay for.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This is a professional moving head light. It doesn't required truss for it to work. If you'd like to hang it on truss then I would suggest 12 in square truss or 12 in triangle truss.Answered on 4/10/2012 by Nate from Cypress, CAA:
