The Nady DSM-1X SPL meter has many uses and applications. You may want to know how loud your sound system (or band) is in order to protect your equipment and –more importantly- your ears, or simply to comply with legal regulations. You may also need to make sure that the speakers in your recording environment are adjusted to all be at the same volume. Or you may need to adjust your subwoofer volume relative to the other speakers. The DSM-1X is the perfect choice for accurately measuring sound pressure levels with enough flexibility to be used in many different situations
