RMP-3 Alpha Crossmedia Player & USB Controller
The Reloop RMP-3 Alpha is Reloop's first true crossmedia player. It doesn't matter if the sound is coming from a CD, MP3, memory stick or hard disk, the RMP-3 Alpha submits it to the DJ's control. This new premium player is not only multi but crossmedial. In addition to mixing, scratching and juggling music, the RMP-3 Alpha also gives you the option to control your favorite DJ software.
The RMP-3 Alpha's complete MIDI compatibility feature allows for all of the 48 control elements to be applied as a MIDI control device making it the perfect controller for mixing software. The shift button allows for all controls to be assigned to two different decks with MIDI commands giving you the ability to control two virtual decks with only one RMP-3 Alpha. The assignments can also be saved as MIDI presets for various applications.
Due to the large touch-sensitive jog wheel, the control feeling always remains oustandingly vinyl-like, no matter what kind of media you are using. The micro pitch feature, with a resolution up to 0.02%, facilitates pitch adjustments with extemely high precision. The RMP-3 Alpha's auto loop function allows for mixing tricks and can be looped-in in no time with seven different bar lengths. The new bearing attached to the base of the RMP-3 Alpha always keeps it balanced. As a combination CD/MP3 player, a USB mass-storage media player, and a MIDI software controller, the Reloop RMP-3 Alpha is a work horse for both the club and mobile DJ alike. It is the SUV among media players.
